- Manufacture medical devices
- Guarantee the quality, safety, or regulatory compliance of listed products
- Act as an agent, distributor, or representative of any seller
Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
4.2 Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

- Shipping, packaging, and handling meet industry standards
Sellers are solely responsible for regulatory compliance.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:

- Confirm regulatory requirements for their region
- Use purchased devices responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws
- Communicate promptly with sellers regarding delivery or disputes
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:

- Engage in fraudulent transactions
- Circumvent payment systems
- Upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Platform
- Use the Marketplace for illegal or unethical purposes
8. Payments & Fees

- All fees, taxes, and charges are your responsibility
- We may charge monthly subscription fee as disclosed
- Refunds are subject to seller policies and applicable laws
We are not responsible for payment disputes between buyers and sellers.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms are determined by the buyer and seller. We do not guarantee:
- Delivery timelines
- Shipping carrier performance
- Customs clearance or import/export approvals
10. Disputes Between Users
Buyers and sellers are responsible for resolving disputes directly. We may assist at our discretion but are not obligated to mediate or enforce outcomes.
11. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, software, and materials are owned by us or licensed to us. Users may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse‑engineer any part of the Platform
